I managed to get an action shot for once. Meatfyst is the one actually tanking Danela...but I'm a camera hog what can I say. Rest assured, she is dead.
We also took out 12 of 13 dragons in NTOV during the holidays...I have to say, great job bringing back one of the most fun zones in raiding history.
A few dead dragons...
Happy New Year, Gang!

Thanksgiving is over...time to kick back by the fireplace and decide where to mount the Avatar of Steel's head in Lilyl's den. Congrats on breaking the Veil, gang. An appropriate screenshot will be added if anyone took one; until then, enjoy our friend's homey little place.

Once upon a time...The Rebellion entered Somnium for some payback. Lawman Rurk paid the ultimate price, and we pilfered his chest as the Towerguard fled from our wrath. I raise my visor and salute the loyal members past and present who stuck it out through the tough times. More victories within the Sanctum will swiftly follow.
Meanwhile, in a land far far away, while farming Sanctum keys, the loyal Rebels paid a return visit to Underfoot... Focused on bigger things, like Tier 3 progression, The First Creation hasn't been a big priority for us lately. But all good things must come to an end...
Closer to the home front, I've been trying to come up with a way to show a nice gallery of housing pix, but for now here is a taste of what Beechie and Lilyl do when they aren't tearing up mobs...

The perseverence pays off as we finish off Underfoot Tier 7 by defeating Brell Serilis...
Followed up by our first sojourn into Convorteum, where we failed to get a screenshot of the Gatekeeper, but did succeed in pilfering his chest, and we got a couple of interesting achievements to boot!

We happily announce the wedding of Failcon and Sylari Flameclaws. Kareasint officiated (note: we had to grow him in order for him to see over the podium), and Failcon and Sylari each had eyes only for each other. After the ceremony there was drinking, and cake, and maybe a demi-plane run thrown in too...a good time was had by all, and we are all happy to have been there at this moment in their lives when they joined in wedlock in the world of Norrath, where we all spend so much of our time. I think some folks were drunk before the ceremony ended (/hic).

We really thought we had this beat a month ago...we won't brag, but just report that we knew what needed to be done and the extra dps provided by levels pushed us over the top.
Been so long since I got to update I forgot all my leet HTML skills...Expect more UF kills and we will be exploring House of Thule as well!
Here's the requisite screenshot...
Ok so if you're not a Who fan, here is Brath...second kill

Loyal Rebellion is doing some recruiting. Current class openings include Bard, Ranger, Shadow knight, Wizard, Berserker. Please get with Mirracle if you are interested.
Well I must say that Underfoot so far has been as advertized. I don't remember wiping that many times since Gates of Discord. But we persevered and that run ended tonight with his thorough ass-kicking.
Something new this expansion at Loyal Rebellion...we are having a trivia contest!!!!
On a serious note, I look forward to seeing what the rest of the expansion has to offer. It's sure nice to have to earn the wins for a change! Until next time...

If you are a bard, shaman, ranger, rogue, wizard, or berserker, know how to read a compass, can string two sentences together in a row, and can meet a 4 day raid schedule, send Mirracle, Warriorgod or Kochanut a tell. We might have a home for you, just in time for the New Year.
Oh yea, Happy New Year too, everyone!
Next time I may include a picure!

Just wanted to drop a late summer update for our loyal Rebel Trekkies~ We're still kicking ass and taking names. We've done every bit of SoD content, hard-mode, easy-mode, backwards and forwards. WTF-ever way it can be done, we've done it.
We have full raids all 4 nights, so we're really not looking for anything. However, if a superstar chanter would happen by, we'd consider them. If you have to ask what is superstar status, it's probably not you~ :-D
Posted by: Zagor on Sep 02, 2009 - 03:48 PM
You are the weakest link...goodbye! Weak and getting weaker it seems. This time, no trash and another easy event! That leaves us with only one target left in the zone, and expansion. Below you can see the happy winners.
We were hoping this was going to be our final hopepage update for a while. And by we, of course I meant me! It is tiring work fighting mobs of Norrath and then having to update the homepage.
We did move on last night to the last event. I am almost ashamed we didn't beat it actually. The fight seemed so easy, I had to wonder if he was being paid to throw the fight. Well, we flubbed at 3% and had to call it a night. I guarantee you the next time we face him, he won't be in the same position as below...
...like Rasper shoved a dagger up...well, nevermind. You will see him lying down as we steal his toys and claim our ranks among the EQ elites, so stay tuned!
Posted by: Zagor on Apr 09, 2009 - 05:46 PM
Event 5 was as easy as anticipated. However, I must say, I really really really really LOVED the 2 hour trash clear before the 10 minute fight. Mobs that do 32k AE's that come linked in 2 to 4 to a pull are a lovely touch too~.
But once we got past that mess...
So that leaves us with two mobs left to clear the Tower and then the farm is on for several months. If you'd like to be part of a team that works together and hates drama, check out the open apps /cough clerics and DPS.
Posted by: Zagor on Apr 03, 2009 - 12:01 AM
The events are getting easier, however the trash seems to be getting harder. The trash before event 4 wasn't so bad, and the event itself is a joke...as you can see below. That makes 4 down and just 3 to go!
I must say, the trash before event 5 was a lot of fun...umm no...we really enjoyed, hmm, no...OMFG JFC WTF FFS?!?!
I must say, we haven't wiped that fast in a really long time. Go go excessive amounts of ass-thrashing trash! We cleared half or more of the trash before we decided to just clear it all and kick event 5's ass tomorrow night~
Posted by: Zagor on Apr 01, 2009 - 11:28 PM
The Stasis room proved to be of little challenge to our mighty band of Rebels. That makes 3 Tower events down in a week's time. If the events keep getting easier, we ought to be done in no time!
We still have some spots open for another good cleric and some caster DPS, like some wizards and necros and stuff. Don't wait too long!
Posted by: Zagor on Mar 30, 2009 - 12:16 AM
It only took a look the other night, and then a couple runs to finetune the strat tonight, and the event went down easier than catching Dbean AFK at any given moment.
We also got a couple good looks at the end of event 3. Revenge shall soon be ours!
It's only been like 2 days, so scroll down for open apps~

First off, the good news.
Loyal Rebellion is recruiting new members! If you're not a monk, knight or warrior, we may have a happy home for you. Make sure to have lots of AA's and experience.
Now we can report the really good news. Loyal Rebellion has started our journey into the Citadel and killed Mindblight. We told him we didn't want a violent conflict and that we'd prefer to go right to the top. Well, he broke out the operations manual and started mumbling on about chain of command or some such BS. Lets just say, he's been removed from the chain...
Stay tuned in for more tower kills real soon. If you'd like to be part of a team that doesn't raid 45 hours a week, but accomplishes the same things as the guilds that do, drop in an app!
Posted by: Zagor on Mar 23, 2009 - 12:29 AM
With Tosk finally being fixed we went back to try the raid again. Sadly for Rallos this version was not much harder than the "bugged" version of the raid.
We knocked out almost all of Tier 3 SoD in a single day... I think we're going to be bored this week.
We're also just a few tower keys away from hitting the Tower of Discord. Maybe that zone will drop some monk weapons for us... Korafax isn't showing us any love. :(
Posted by: Grau on Mar 02, 2009 - 12:25 AM
I kinda forgot to take screenshots of the Rallos Returns fight in progress. Instead you get a screenshot from when we killed RZ in PoTactics 5 or 6 years ago:
And then a screenie of the chest, and some Ros:
I'd add a screenie of the lockout timer, but just scroll down and pretend the one below says "4D:11H:4M Rathe Council Chamber: Rallos Returns Rallos Returns" at the bottom.
We also haven't had any Wizards, Necros, Magi, or Clerics app since our last update, a day ago. So yes, those classes are still open.~
Posted by: Grau on Feb 26, 2009 - 11:40 PM
I'd like to thank Sony for the most screwed up Risk vs Reward to date in this expansion.
You put in an absolute blender of an event that drops... (drumroll please)... 2 items, and 0 runes, total. Uhh? To even get to this event you have to kill the Crystal Tyrwhatever, which drops 4 items and 2 runes, and it's completely gimp compared to the Zeks.
I'd like to thank our members for the work they put in to get this raid defeated. Tonight, like our last few attempts, we were short on people and had to go at the Zeks with less than a full raid. We still managed to win. That makes us one of the first 25 guilds server-wide to defeat this raid.
It took us a whopping total of 2 attempts to figure out Eriak's cut and paste mechanics.
I'd expect to see the rest of the Earth theme down in the next couple days.
Lastly, apps are open for Wizards, Necros, Magi, and Clerics. Hit up Lekanda or Kochanut ingame to inquire about apping.
Posted by: Grau on Feb 26, 2009 - 12:59 AM
We walked into Korafax tonight with one mission on our mind. Make Mindshear Avatar pay us back for all those summon stones he cost us the other night. Those suckers aren't cheap ya know!
Rumors are floating around that we're stealing strats. I am personally appalled by these accusations. We pay damn good plat for our strats. Pikollo usually offers his body as well. Unfortunately, that usually ends up costing us more :(
We also took our first look at the Zek Brothers. We have a solid strat in the works for that raid as we speak. So far it contains "Make the brothers' hitpoints say 0% before your whole raid dies". Tonight we took them to 80% or so, but then our whole raid died. If I am reading what Kaalm explained earlier correctly, that means we lost this time.
Well, stay tuned as we're hoping to push this update down the page soon!
Posted by: Zagor on Jan 29, 2009 - 12:09 AM
For whatever reason, my fellow Rebels logged in tonight with a renewed passion in their eyes. They did seem slightly shocked that I called Queen as our opening target, but I assured them it was just a warmup.
We then promptly wiped. Yes, we wiped to that pathetic raid. I think it was planned, and somehow Darkear was involved because he's been frequently not shown in recent homepage photos. So anyway, we laughed about it in officer chat, blamed it on the apps, and then did what we should have done the first time.
Then I called the target that was promised last week, and the one that the guild was pretty much frothing over. Here is the before shot:
...and then of course, the after.
That kill put a smile on my face because OMG we got 2 more shiny new keys! Seriously though, big grats to Mutante and Frobus on those.
We then had some unfinished business at Crystal Core that had to be taken care of, so that was where we went, to face the Crystalline Tyranont. I didn't get a before shot, but here's the only one that counts...
The pic really sucks, but you will notice that Darkear is like right up in the front in the center, in both pics. That is TWO Darkear pics in a single update!
Your faction standing with Darkear got better.
Your faction standing with Halflings of EQ got better.
Beating the Tyranont opens up The Brother's Zek, which we look forward to trying real soon. We also took our first look at Mindshear Avatar. It looks interesting to say the least, but like all mobs before him, and after, will fall!
Posted by: Zagor on Jan 26, 2009 - 12:27 AM
People were a little slow to log in tonight, so we decided to clear some trash and hit Pallorax instead. I must admit, he was quite easy. He went down on our first try, kinda like Pikollo on his first dates (or Frobus when I'm his healer~).
It looks like there's more than one guild on Prexus that are getting some shiny new keys~
We then went back and took another couple good looks at Venom Lord. Couple small tweeks with the split and timing of adds and we'll have another couple keys coming in every week. Check back soon and you'll see his corpse here.
Posted by: Zagor on Jan 22, 2009 - 01:46 AM
Well last week I said Bahgresh would be dead in a week. I lied, we didn't get back to him for 8 days. So sue me~
We've taken a look into the first Korafax raid and the Venom Lord seems like a likely candidate for our next photo op. What the hell, I will go out on a limb and say he should grace our front page within the next week. This makes 3 themes down and we're going strong.
We're looking to add some Necros and Wizards. Senaca where are joo?!~ If you think you got what it takes to do in 4 days what it takes most guilds 6 days to do, submit an app! Quality over quantity I always say :)
Posted by: Zagor on Jan 21, 2009 - 01:40 AM
As predicted Field of Scale is toast! We met up with some of Kurn's men and disposed of them handily. I got a screenshot even. It sucks, but you get the picture. Hmm, couple food references. I guess I shouldn't do updates when I am hungry~
It was still early in the night so we went to finish up the FoS theme. We came up against...
That is definitely a cool script, easy, but cool. I do wonder where Sony's logic is at though. The first FoS raid was the hardest and they seemed to get easier. I thought progression was supposed to get harder?!?
We also got a couple looks at Bahgresh. I would expect to see him on the front page sometime this week. We're anxious to close out Bloody Kith!! Stay tuned for more updates to come...
Posted by: Zagor on Jan 11, 2009 - 11:58 PM
Well the holidays are finally over and it's back to the grind. I take a few weeks off and these guys get all rusty on me. Well the whip is back in hand again and we're back to kicking ass and taking names.
Forgot to get the guild photo and the chest (the other chest, the loot chest), oops.
We got a great look at the second FoS raid and expect to see the rest of the theme down within the next week, if that.
We're pretty much full strength, but could use another couple DPS, if the right ones happen to come along. A necro, wizard and rogue more specifically. Get in on the fun now as we put the destruction, in Seeds of Destruction.
Posted by: Zagor on Jan 09, 2009 - 12:13 AM
Now that we put the sleeper six feet under, it's time to focus more on SoD.
Since we have the bulk of Crystallos down to a single day's clear, I would expect to see some new updates real soon. Oh yeah, everyone spam Eumayus with PMs to fix the archiving on the site, so we don't have to look at 4 months of updates~ I know the group pic kinda sucks, but we can blame that on Eum also!!
We are accepting applicants now for selected classes. If you'd like to be part of a top guild on Prexus, get an app in ASAP. We have limited spots so don't delay!
Posted by: Zagor on Dec 03, 2008 - 01:23 PM
I wasn't on for the fight so I can't tell firsthand, but I was told it was easy as pumpkin pie! MMMM, pie!
I guess this completes the Oceangreen theme. Looking forward to something a little more challenging, with loot a lotta bit better!
We have a few classes open to apps, so check for our latest openings! We welcome cross server apps as well, that want a more laid back atmosphere. Raid the high-end and do it in 4 days per week!
PS - Remind me to yell at Darkear. He was there for the kill, the proof is in the screenshot. Yet he didn't do the update. Why Ear, whyyyy?!~
Posted by: Zagor on Dec 01, 2008 - 08:52 PM
We decided it was time to begin looking into some new targets before I pulled the rest of the hair from Darkear's feet. I keep trying to trim it when he goes AFK. He's not a monk though, so it's not so obvious and he keeps catching me. Corpse wound up in a wall somewhere, so we got the next best thing, a pic of us stealing her loot.
We're opening up some classes for a limited time, so be sure to check out the app section or send Lekanda a tell between 7:30 and 11:00. She absolutely loves tells during raid times! We raid 4 days a week, Sunday, and Tuesday through Thursday. With us you can go out and get bombed on Friday and Saturday with your friends, and Monday night football is an off night! It's win win~
Posted by: Zagor on Nov 21, 2008 - 01:07 AM
One more mob to close out the SoF expansion that is! Two nights and a grand total of 8 tries and the following was the fate of Vyskudra. I sure hope Kerafyrm puts up more of a fight~
It was getting late and we were losing a number of people, but figured we would give Broodmother a quick shot to check out the script. Well, words were said, this led to that and bada bing, bada boom, one dead dragon.
The corpse poofed before we got a screenshot, so we will end it with the only proof we need. We can also call this a before pic...
I know the pic sucks, and I was moving in to take a closer shot, but well I got too close. Anyone that knows me, knows how that turned out. Lesson learned? You'd think so, but it's doubtful.
Posted by: Zagor on Nov 12, 2008 - 01:04 AM
Zeixshi`Kar was next on our hitlist, and tonight we lit him up and smoked him down. This makes 3 wings cleared in Crystallos, and another step closer to Kerafyrm.
We split up the loots and figured we'd go show Vyskudra a quick ass-kicking on our way to Kera's pad. Well, wouldn't you know it...the dev's put an actual challenge in the zone, go figure. After a few wipes, Vyskudra yelled "DING 91!", and since it was late we called it a night. We learned a lot about the event though and look forward to payback time.
PS - Dead ranger on the homepage, DRINK!
PSS - Who do I have to shoot because of these dragon names. I have to look 13 times to make sure I spelled them right. Lets call the bosses in future expansions Bob, or Bill, or something easy. Man, that Bob was one badass mob!
In other news...Grats to Rasper and Pikollo on being the first on Prexus to finish flagging for Discord!! Awesome work guys! Here's a pic of the two checking out a potential bachelor pad together. They say it yields potential, and the parties shall commence~ (I am however entirely afraid of going unarmed. I have seen the company Pikollo keeps, no offense Rasper /snicker)
Posted by: Zagor on Nov 02, 2008 - 11:09 PM
It's been one busy week for Loyal Rebellion. I missed a couple of the minis thanks to a crappy internet connection, though from what I hear, I was likely happier staring at my dead modem lights. Tonight however, the stars and planets all must have aligned because I didn't even drop once. Well, I mean my connection didn't, myself the player died a bunch of times. I had to keep checking to see if the Shadowknights had cast their little hate buff on me. Then I remembered I am just natuarally charming~
The first boss we came to was Tjudawos. We gave him a couple looks with a short crew on the other night. Tonight, he wasn't so lucky and he lost 13% more HP than then.
Once we disposed of him and pillaged his treasure chest, we went to pay Kildrukaun a visit. Unfortunately for him, he didn't fare much better than his dragon buddy. Actually, our first try on him yielded us 1275 pounds of dragon steaks! Well, we took his goodies too...
It's safe to say that we're happy with how SoF has turned out, and with SoD on the very near horizon, it's very safe to say we're excited. We have killed 6 of the 10 mobs in Crystallos, while it is current content. We still could kill another one before Tuesday, but honestly it isn't a top priority to us like it seems to be for most guilds. We set our own pace and we still seem to come out on top, or damn close to it. We are one of three (I think, plus what I don't know doesn't really matter), 4-day raiding guilds in Crystallos gamewide, and that is something that myself and the officers are very proud of our membership for accomplishing.
Posted by: Zagor on Oct 17, 2008 - 12:10 AM
With Crystallos coming in about 2 weeks, you'd think I would cut these guys some slack. However, that's just not the case as you can see below!
Not a bad haul for 4 days worth of raiding. I even made them go to FC for a couple augs and some backflags!! While we work hard and raid harder, it isn't always work work work. I keep telling these guys to send me some screenshots. Thanks for the ONE I was sent~
A day in the life...
My kinda gal!~
Solteris sure does get boring...
This explains soooooo much!
Eww...ewww....omg ewww! Names withheld since they aren't in Kentucky, so this kind of practice is illegal in their states.
Welp, that's about all for now. Expect to see some Crystallos corpses in a few weeks gracing our front page. Currently apps are closed, as we are full with a list every night. We're sorry for anyone that missed the opportunity. If you feel you're one of the elite, feel free to send an officer a tell.
Posted by: Zagor on Sep 26, 2008 - 09:09 AM
If I had to describe our execution tonight with a single word, perfect! Zero warrior deaths on a tractor trailor of a boss. We didn't even need to sacrifice an AFK monk (as hard as I tried). You see, if they don't die, they stop de-leveling. Then I can't make fun of them and I feel deprived of my enjoyment in life. Second only to watching rangers (or Eumayus the silk tank) go splat!
Anyway, We entered the Mansion on June 1st, so it took us just under 3 months to clear the zone. If Sony didn't suck and they put the same number of flagging pieces on Meldrath, we'd have a chance to beat the expansion, or a chunk of it, before SoD. Thanks for the artificial timesinks!~ Oh yeah, and for also releasing the expansion early. I guess they can't count to 12? Kaalm, our resident Troll can even get up to 20 on a bad day, 22 on a good day. Oh well, that's another gripe for another day :-)
We're running out of things to do as we gain noticeable speed each week on our farm targets. Even raiding 50% less days than most high-end guilds, we seem to kill our fair share of mobs. Not too shabby of a lockout window and we still have one more raid day this week!
Expect to see the next update in 6 to 7 weeks /sigh. Did I mention how much SoE sucks?
We are quite full most nights, but we may be inclined to add a good bard to the ranks. We wouldn't mind another berserker, but I have to wonder if they actually exist. It is beginning to look like Bigfoot has a more probable chance of existance though~
Posted by: Zagor on Aug 28, 2008 - 02:44 AM
It looks like lavanet.no will be needing it's 3rd LR update this week.
Making nice progress on the final event (8/6). Could it possibly be any longer?! First night in and we disposed of everything in our paths and even got to final form of Meldrath! Pretty cool suit he has. It will almost be a shame to have to dent the hell out of it as we beat the crap out of him~
Expect to see this Terminator wanna-be to face the same fate as the rest of the tier 3 targets we've faced so far, and my psychic abilities tell me Meldrath better have his will updated quite soon. It's either that, or all his loots are belonging to us. Not that it really matters, we've killed all of his friends and family already, so we'll be taking it all anyway.
Won't be long now!
Posted by: Grau on Aug 03, 2008 - 11:48 PM
On only our second night seeing Prototype, us Rebels kicked his country ass to the curb. We took a few pokes at him last night to see the mechanics of the event and tonight he was no match.
We also got a few awesome looks at the Bargangle event, as we're about frothing at the mouth to introduce ourselves to Meldrath. I was 100% sure I took a few nice screens of Bargangle while we were fighting Patch but the gnomes somehow erased them from my harddrive when I was getting a rez from my short stint tanking Bargangle, a full 2 hits!!!
This will have to suffice since the damn Gnomes got into my PC. That reminds me to buy GnomeAway next time I'm at Walmart. Next time you'll see Bargangle instead in the prone position.
Posted by: Zagor on Jul 31, 2008 - 11:43 PM
We took some time off our normal progression targets recently to have some fun with the Living Legacy raids. We think we faired quite well, but will wait for the final results before I am convinced SoE didn't totally screw things up, and we actually see the augs.
So back to work and back to MMM we go. We figured it was time to cure Brinda of all that ailed her. And yes, by curing her I meant stealing her toys.
We're now down to Prototype (7-30 update 33%, soon, very soon!) and Bargangle and we can then meet Meldrath, the host of this here party, and show him what Loyal Rebellion is all about.
We're really not recruiting atm, unless you're a rare breed called a Berserker, maybe. Or if you're one of those exceptional type players, feel free to contact an officer to inquire.

All apps are closed now if you're not a God in your chosen class - July 17, 2008
We decided to take a night off from Solteris and Meldrath's Mansion. The guild been doing so well, I figured they could use a picnic. Maybe I had something else planned on the agenda, maybe I didn't, who's to say?
Last time we visited BMK we thought we'd cleared out the riff raff. Apparently we missed a Pikollo or two...
Pikollo requested that I post recruitment infoz. We're pretty much full every night, so be one of the following classes with lots of AA's: a kickass: cleric, necro, wizzy, zerker, rogue or BL. We can't take all of the above, so we will take the first lucky contestant(s) to app now on The LR is Right, starring Drew Carey! Still feels wrong without ole Bob Barker~
Also, be actively working on your character. We don't hand hold and coddle people. We want people that WANT to improve!
I'm not sure what Crazok or Ralkor was thinking honestly. We had beaten them all once, didn't they think we could do it again?~
As usual I don't have loot shots, but you can not be lazy and go look em up on alla's anyway. I can say for sure we do have one happy zerker with a nice shiny new wep, grats Buga!!
PS - Yes, I know I lack a Ralkor screenie. It was late, I was tired, blame Rider. If preferred though I can break out Photoshop and make some minor changes?!1!
Posted by: Zagor on Jul 08, 2008 - 11:31 PM
There aren't many zones that can frustrate me like Meldrath's Mansion can. I mean what's not to like? It could be the 450,000 trash mobs. It could be crappy pathing despawning Breakneck. It could be Breakneck doing a charge on someone slightly along the wall and running down a hall and despawning as we were about to kill him last week. On a more positive note, nothing is better than kicking a mob's ass and then taking his toys.
This zone reminds me of those stupid games we used to play when we were like 12. You can play, but you can't have lev, can't have pets, gotta stand on one leg and must use a 1 handed blunt weapon with a shield on a rainy Tuesday.
But The Rebellion now has 1/3 of Meldrath's Mansion infiltrated. We are now working on Brinda and making progress. We could use a few more skilled raiders that want a semi-relaxed 4 day raid schedule with the coolest guild leader ever. Ok, maybe not best guild leader, but best shammy. Ok, ok, maybe not the best shammy...I am the best at something though I am sure~
PS - The dead monk was about to bring us good fortunes, but as you can see, a dead wizard voided the deal :(

Our second night in the zone and our first try on Breakneck went better than even I had expected. It did wind up taking a few hours but we endured, and prevailed.
Notice how you can see Phews as he is dying and dropping to the floor...
Hurry and get your app in now before it's too late!
Posted by: Zagor on Jun 09, 2008 - 01:16 AM
I usually save the recruitment crap for when we kill something. Killing pally's didn't quite qualify for the front page since frankly, once you've seen one, you've seen em all. Plus they die about as easy as a ranger.
For a VERY limited time I have decided to open a few apps. We're doing one final flagging run for the Mansion, so if you're looking for an awesome guild, get an app in today before it's too late!
Be sure to check Here! for our current app needs. Most notably as of now we have openings for a couple melee DPS classes, mage, shammy and necro. As always superstars are always welcome to apply, as well as x-server transfers. You will need to be flagged for MMM and Crystallos, or actively working on it. You will also need a decent number of aa's. Send Lekanda a tell for more info.
And not to scare off any potential necro apps, but you will be trying to fill the shoes of a retiring legend. We miss you already Oblique! And since it's not Senaca, you will also need to live up to his standards and that's no easy task~

One more expansion that is!! We have had several close attempts on these two recently and knew they were dead real soon. Loyal Rebellion is now on the final Everquest expansion while it is current! Not the easiest of feats with a 4 day raid schedule.
Here are the last known photographs of the two recently deceased Gods!
And of course the celebratory guild photo!
When we finished off TBS we went and took out Deepscar. We now have about 60 flagged members and will be making our debut into MMM this coming week! Stay tuned to see some more ass kicking~

Well, this isn't what I had planned for one of my off nights, but when I logged in and they were all ready to engage, I said, ah WTF why not. There was always that feeling in the back of our minds that we didn't complete an expansion. Well, no longer is that a concern.
We're only about 2 years or so late, but like I said, better late than never. It was also fun only having 2 groups of mains and some bots. Jenuden died like 12 times too, so it was fun all the way around!!
I hated pushing down SoF updates for a 45 year old expansion, but I also expect to see OMM bumped down very soon with Mayong and Sol Ro's ugly mugs on this very page.
Speaking of SoF, I have set a target date of June 1st to enter MMM for LR's first visit to Meldrath's pad. Cheap bastard said BYOB too. Anyway, if you'd like to be a part of the initial fun, check here for our current app needs!! Don't forget we also only raid 4 nights per week, so not only can you raid in the higher end of EQ, you can also have a life outside of the game!~
Posted by: Zagor on May 18, 2008 - 11:19 AM
We finally found the time to mess around with something new. I guess I got tired of Mayong spawning on top of our clerics, or Saffron back to back spawning and making a raid of 54 go poof in a tick or two. So tonight, I decided to mix it up some and go give Soulbleeder a look.
Lost 1 Barrin, offering REWARD!! 1 Rider and 2 Pikollo's!
It took us one look, and on try #2 he went down faster than Rider can wipe a raid and blame the bards!
(All while AFK of course~)
Grats to the first Rebels on the first of many tier 3 loots to come!
Is it only me, or does anyone else notice the rogue moving closer to the chest???!!! Don't let that semi-innocent look on his face fool you~
Speaking of rogues, we could use another, or two! There are also a couple other classes we are looking for, if the right candidate happens to come along! Check Here for our latest openings. Get in now and experience the push into MMM first hand!
Posted by: Zagor on May 07, 2008 - 12:59 AM
WTS, one guild hall. Fairly decent shape, has some plumbing problems. Kaalm, LR's guild Troll made the whirlpool his "area", nuff said. Willing to negotiate on price as we will be needing to move fairly soon, to Meldrath's Mansion!!
Yes, it's true, we killed Deepscar, again. And yes, we did it in his current form for anyone that thought we couldn't do it. Another 4-5 kills and we'll be moving on into Meldrath's Mansion with the big boys to begin the push towards Crystallos!
Loyal Rebellion has a few spots open for recruitment. Currently we could use an experienced cleric (we could use one too so get your own ;P~), beastie, zerker and chanter. I would say we need a rogue, but I am beginning to wonder if there are any left in Everquest~ In case there are, I'll take 2 please, k thx.
With Deepscar now down again, Big Bynn on farm status and SF flags rotting, MMM is well within our grasp. If you desire a low key, relaxed guild that are a bunch of friends, we just might be for you. If you want the option to use extra days off to improve your character, group up with friends or have a real life that isn't digital, we just might be for you. If you're self centered, a *Halfling* or an MQ/hacker/GKer we are most certainly NOT for you.
For needed classes, submit an app asap, we won't be needing people forever! We raid 4 days per week, Sunday and Tuesday through Thursday (5-11ish Sunday and 7:30 to 11ish the other days). Oh, our needs change from time to time, so check Here for our up to date needs. If you're an exceptional player of a closed class, sometimes exceptions can be made. Send Lekanda a tell or in game email regarding app questions.

My two week "vacation" has ended and these guys have me back at work doing updates my first day back, like omg mang!~ Barrin wouldn't call any new targets until I got back <3
Well, it was quite appreciated and it was a big relief to see the awesome work Barrin, all the other officers, and all members did during my absence and the pummeling the Rebels put the mobs of Norrath through while I was away. Yeah it's a long run-on sentence and maybe when I am not all jetlaged out I will fix it, or maybe not~ They did some serious farming and I am confident once we are fully guild flagged for the Mansion we're gonna have us a party.
It took us a few tries at this dragon but we think we finally figured out the magic trick, that or we got damn lucky!
Loyal Rebellion is seeking an experienced Berserker and Beastlord. Must not be an idiot, or more freakish than Pikollo/Klaytor~ We would accept x-server transfers as well if we feel a fit is possible. No we won't be gearing your alts, and a GKer to boot, we aren't frigging retarded, was a nice try though /snicker.
After we took out BB we went back to re-visit Deepscar in his, 3rd? form, and did quite well considering it's been 4 months since we have seen him. I am confident we're going to see his corpse on this very homepage REAL soon, since he is now LR's top priority target (along with 2-Gods).
The hunt is on for Deepscar (again) and the farm is on for Big Bynn. As we are done flagging the Steam Factory mobs, those two mobs are going to be seeing a lot of LR every week as well. If you're a Zerk or BL, with above required attributes, and can raid at LEAST 3 of our only 4 raid days, send Lekanda a tell asap! We're sorry, but unless you're a top dog in your class (top 10ish at most) on server, we're closed.
***BMK3 now open, bring on those tier 3 bracers baby!***
Posted by: Zagor on Apr 02, 2008 - 01:18 AM
Loyal Rebellion has had a busy week. Sunday we took down Solteris 1-5, Tuesday we cleared The Steam Factory, which included a first kill and tonight we stomped out Commodus on just our fourth overall attempt!! When you have a Gnomish good luck charm, you can't lose!~
Once we cleared up Commodus and his cohorts, we had to at least go take a look at Mayong and Solusek!!
Tomorrow we're hoping to put some closure to TBS and be second guild on Prexus to become Daybringers next to the Clan! Stay tuned as we add one more Solteris notch to our lockouts tomorrow!
Make sure to take notice of Pikollo's corpse trying to hide in there!
Posted by: Zagor on Mar 12, 2008 - 11:53 PM
We took one step closer tonight towards our goal of Meldrath's Mansion. We had been close a couple times on Spindlecrank, but it took us a few tries to get all the moving parts down.
Tonight all our hard work finally paid off!!
We got all 3 raids down tonight real quick and I'd say it's safe to assume The Steam Factory is on offical farm status. Great work tonight done by all!! Stay tuned as Loyal Rebellion continues the push towards the Mansion and attack Big Bynn and the retuned version of Deepscar in the real near future. We had a nice look at Big Bynn recently, so expect a gnomish dragon's corpse on the front page fairly soon.
Posted by: Zagor on Mar 11, 2008 - 10:31 PM
We had so much fun in The Steam Factory last night, we went back tonight. Tonight the target was the Mining Behemoth. He wasn't much of a challenge as you can see below in his last known photograph!
It was still early in the night since we kicked MB's ass on our first try, so we decided to go give Spindlecrank a look. Since he was the only mob left up in the zone, and we were already there, we figured WTH!~
As you can see we didn't quite get him this time. We did however get a couple real good looks at him and know what we need to do to beat him. It's safe to say the next time we face him, he will face the same fate as his two former zone mates. Who says you can't raid only 4 days a week and play with the end game content?!!
Recruiting is closed mostly as we're set fairly well on most classes, but if you feel you'd be a good fit for LR, can raid at least 3/4 of our raid days and have a toon that is "well seasoned", send an officer a tell. By well seasoned, I mean you will need at least 1000 to 1500 aa's, solid gear and all required flags.
Posted by: Zagor on Feb 28, 2008 - 11:42 PM
I have been wanting to see this raid for a couple weeks now, and tonight we finally found the time to go in and give it a look. It took us all of 3 tries to get all the little mechanics figured out and the result is shown below!
We are now ready to look at the next two events in the zone as the Rebellion continues its ventures through Secrets of Faydwyer! Stay tuned as we keep on keepin' on!
Posted by: Zagor on Feb 27, 2008 - 11:31 PM
We haven't been in Solteris very long, but we've sure come a long way! We started off our night where we left off the other night, and as predicted, Astire fell to our swords!
Once we were finished stealing Astire's loot, our night was not yet complete. We took a look at Irrissa one time, and on the second try once we had a feel for it...
Yep WTFPwned!! Solteris 1-5 is down to LR in under a month. Kick butt job all!!
Posted by: Zagor on Feb 20, 2008 - 12:14 AM
We're quickly giving Solteris the look and feel of the Rebellion. Tonight we took out Balreth and Balreth and Balreth and...I think you get the point.
After we stole Balreth and his 15 brothers' loot, we took a few pokes at Astire. The final try a real nice run that fell apart late as you can see by his diminished life. I can foresee his death coming soon!
Posted by: Zagor on Feb 18, 2008 - 02:53 AM
It got a little close at the end, but the result was the same, another dead mob from Loyal Rebellion! Aprosis was definitely a fun fight and just a little chaotic. I look forward to seeing this fight on a weekly basis!
Once Aprosis was disposed of, we still had time to give Balreth a good run.
We didn't get him down on our first try, but we did get to the 8 split. Then our uber DPS machines unleashed a wrath of fury on us by not keeping a good balance!
Loyal Rebellion is seeking priests. Want to raid in high end content, but still have a real life? Look no further! LR raids 4 days per week and still has the skill to raid high end content. To be considered you must be able to raid 3 of our 4 raid days (Sunday and Tuesday thru Thursday). Please check out our current requirements and needs.
Beating this raid opens up the second of three Bloodmoon raids. We're looking forward to seeing the other two along with some SoF progression raids.
Posted by: Zagor on Feb 11, 2008 - 12:01 AM
We thought we had seen enough of these three backstabbing vamps in Demi-Plane. Well, they won't be getting up this time!
We also gave Aprosis a couple looks and I can honestly say I can't wait to get back at him. The fight reminds me of Performer in a way, and that's one of my game favorites.
I have opened up a couple app positions, mainly for another rogue and one more berserker. As always, exceptional applicants are encouraged to apply! Stay tuned for more Solteris fun soon.
Posted by: Zagor on Jan 31, 2008 - 12:01 AM
Beltron the Shade King was killed tonight after he collided with the Loyal Rebellion Touring Van. I knew letting Darkear drive after those 45 vodka tonics may have been a wrong move. Eh, we all make mistakes... Efforts to revive the King were futile, as we were determined to keep him buried six feet under. We're set to make our debut into Solteris next week but we wanted to put TSS in the books first.
Be sure to stay tuned over the next few weeks as we're sure to have some updates soon in Solteris. Our turn to crash Prexus, rawr!
While the farm is on, our apps are currently closed to anyone with less than a superstar status. Well, I could be swayed to take in another priest, but meh, who couldn't?!~ Grats to the Rebellion on another job very well done!
Posted by: Zagor on Jan 11, 2008 - 01:09 AM
I said last night he'd pay for his deceit, and so it was done. We then cleared all the way to Beltron and then realized we didn't have the "artifact" needed to open the door. Yay for wasting an hour clearing to a mob we couldn't get to!
We now know the err of our ways and next time Beltron won't be so lucky. One mob remains for TSS completion and we are full steam ahead towards Solteris access along with Meldrath's Mansion. Stay tuned!
Let me take this moment to wish everyone and their families a very merry Christmas and a safe new years! Take this time to reflect on all that has been good throughout the year and be thankful for all the things that we have that others don't. To all our friends and family that are overseas fighting for our freedom, we miss you guys and keep yourselves safe (Except for that Kochanut guy. We keep trying to send him to Iraq, but they keep sending him back).
Posted by: Zagor on Dec 20, 2007 - 10:47 PM
Our first full night in Frostcrypt's second instance went quite well. We found a really cool, NOT, bug that warps mobs. It causes the pulled mob to bring a lot of friends with him too that wipes half or more of the raid. Fun for all! Once we got past that though, we did quite well.
That foot there belongs to what's left of Wulfnor the Gladiator! After Wulfnor rolled over and played dead, we went and met Fridleif, Master Warcraft. He didn't put up much of a fight, as shown below.
We also got a couple real good looks at Harfange the Black as well. Such good looks that it broke my heart to have to call it a night after a wipe at 1%. Next time, he will pay for that!
Posted by: Zagor on Dec 19, 2007 - 11:37 PM
As promised Grenwald is a corpse. Blame Barrin for the lame screenshot! Now that he's dead, we can focus on the four remaining mobs to finish off the TSS expansion.
As we continue to farm TSS events we have begun to change gears to Solteris access as well as going after some SoF mobs in the process.
We have limited openings at the moment so be sure to check out the recruitment page for more info. If you want to be part of a great winning team, get your app in today!

It was only a matter of time before we got Odeen down. We have been smacking him around all week, only to have the event bug on us. He wasn't so lucky this time around.
Now that Odeen is down we can focus on more important fights!
We still have room for one more high raiding druid. We raid 4 days per week, Sunday and Tuesday thru Thursday. Get in app in asap!
Posted by: Zagor on Dec 06, 2007 - 12:30 AM
We were getting close prior to the expansion with regular runs in the 30's. Last time in we had to deal with the bugs and they got the best of us. A small refinement in strat kept the bugs at bay.
We have also been working hard on Odeen. We had him dead to rights 3 nights in a row, when stage 5 reset all 3 nights for the hell of it. You gotta love sailing through an event for 2 hours and then it's all for nothing, thanks again SoE~ Customer service at its best!
We have also been working on MMM access and are about halfway done flagging the guild. We've done some minor raids, but expect to see some real SoF raid targets posted here soon!
Not really worthy of an official update, so we're adding Deepscar to the bottom of Lethar instead.
We have room for an exceptional druid or if your class is closed, but you feel you are uber and all that, feel free to app today.
Posted by: Zagor on Dec 03, 2007 - 01:47 AM
I surprised 99.99% of the guild tonight (including myself) by calling Ashengate on our normal Demi-Plane day. Call it a hunch, but I knew what had to be done. We picked up where we last left off on Lethar and we were about to kill him as you see below!
We have space for one more quality cleric, so hurry and app today!
After we beat the snot out of Lethar rather handily we moved on to Dyn'Leth. He thought his guards were going to present a problem. But with the best knights going, they were no match! Sorry, but Dyn'Leth was not as lucky as Lethar at escaping.
Then it was on to the final event of Ashengate! Lethar promised he wouldn't run this time too. First run through was a bit chaotic, but still got him to 63%. Great work done by all!
Congrats to the many looters on the day/evening:
Barrin Tekfox Keys Vantuk Naeyenye and Mutante Farlan Darkear Zagor and Farlan Lekanda Shortbuff

I have officially had to quit my full time job to keep up with our updates lately. Tonight was our first full night in AG north and it was fun for all (except some of the mobs).
If you'd like to be part of a FAST moving guild that has a relaxed 4 day per week raid schedule, get an app in today. We are currently looking for a couple quality clerics and one more warrior to add to our team. Any exceptional classes are highly encouraged to apply!
We got a good look at Dyn`Leth's Armies last night and were anxious to get back at it tonight. We not only took out event 1, we took out the first aug event and then went after Lethar!
It was all fun and games until right around 25%. He was playing nice and then all of a sudden...
Expect to see Lethar's bloody corpse lining the Ashengate walls next week when we meet again. Until then!~
Posted by: Zagor on Oct 05, 2007 - 12:12 AM
We gave Sothgar a look on Thursday's raid and knew Sunday was the day he'd meet his maker. We had Sothgar at 9% and 7% then and couldn't wait to get back at him! As promised...
After Sothgar we took a stroll into the other side of AG. We had seen Stitch before so we had a plan going in. Unfortunately a dead kiter(s) at 23% and Stitch will live another couple days.
All apps are currently closed, we're sorry if you missed this chance to get in. Keep an eye on the forums for our next availabilities.
Grats to the following on the first of our many to come TSS loots!

Sullon put up a good fight, but in the end she was like all other mobs we have faced, dead!
We had met Sullon in the past and she wasn't a very pleasant hostess. So we took some time off to flag for Demi-Plane and gear up a bit more. Last night we walked back into her kingdom after a 6 month hiatus, killed her 2 pit bull guardians and gave her a solid run. Tonight we refined the strat and on our second attempt this was the result!
We do have some small backflagging to do and a few more inspirations before we all walk into DK as a team, but expect some new dead mobs real soon!
And now for the usual recruitment speech yadda yadda yadda. We're currently looking for some DPS classes and one more cleric. Even if your particular class if closed, send an in game tell to Lekanda. We do consider all exceptional players of any class. We raid Tuesday thru Thursday and Sundays and are looking for high play time players. Get an app in now before it's too late!
Posted by: Eumayus on Jul 19, 2007 - 11:20 PM
The Performer and his band didn't think we had what it took to sing on their level. Well, news for them, we've been invited to sing Carnegie Hall next week. Unfortunately, we had to regretfully decline. We have an appointment with the Master of Dreadspire.
We now have Tier 2 completed and only one mob stands between us and the completion of the Depths expansion. I expect to see Mayong laying in the prone position on our frontpage soon.
We are currently looking for two high play time warriors and a shaman. If you are driven to succeed and desire to see end game content send in an app today. We are currently farming Demi-Plane, one kill from Deathknell access and are flagging for TSS. As always, exceptional players of all classes are welcome to apply!
Posted by: Eumayus on Jun 27, 2007 - 10:47 PM
As promised last week, we added a new mob to our kill list tonight!
It took us two attempts to get him down tonight, and our third attempt overall and Suchun is among the latest to meet their demise to the Rebellion.
*edit* Yes my oversized bowlcut on the hompage was intentional~
With just one more mob to kill for Deathknell access, I heard Sullon is updating her will now!~
We still have room for that Shammy, so hurry up and app already!
Posted by: Zagor on Jun 19, 2007 - 11:33 PM
We've got new screenshots and kills as promised!!
It took a while to get this event down [3 attempts], but we finally forced Roley's bulimic backstabbing bitchwife to hold down some food and cured Roley of his marriage woes.
Here's a shot of the couple. Awww, never seen cuter dead people in love!
We also managed to cure Tris Wallows IIIII of her beastiality addiction on our second attempt at her.
We, however, have a feeling she will relapse a few times.
Lucky for her, The Rebellion will be there with a quick bitchin intervention whenever she needs.
I know a few who personally would like to see her stripped once again of her robe, cloak, and necklace...
No telling what other goodies she's hiding inside that lock box of hers!
Grats LR! Overall it was very memorable raid night-- Two encounters moved to farm status after only our second night on both events.
We are still looking for a couple very solid raiders, namely: shaman, zerker or 2, paladin, cleric, necro and wizzy
Stay tuned as The Rebellion gears up for a masterful performance in the music hall (wtf?), followed by a visit to the infamous Master of Dreadspire himself-- the aspiring demi-god, Mayong Mistmoore.
With all of Demi-Plane dead minus Performer and Mayong we will again start shifting some attention back to finishing Deathknell flagging. We have also begun progression on the Frostcrypt side of TSS. It's an exciting time right now for us so if you are a highly skilled raider, submit an app!
Posted by: Eumayus on Jun 08, 2007 - 02:18 AM
We still have about 4 slots open currently. If you're a shammy, necro, pally or wizzy with some skillz, send an app in today. We are working on tier 2 Demiplane and will be soon moving on to bigger and better things, so get in while you can!
Loyal Rebellion made a quick attempt at Devlin last night and he unloaded his dagger flurries, turning Jenuden into a lump of swiss cheese.
We came back today and had no problems taking him out. Jenuden even managed to stayed alive through all three consecutive dagger ass kickings.

Loyal Rebellion marches on into Tier 2 Demiplane!!
It took a couple days worth of learning Redfang, but on second attempt on our third night dedicated to the horrid beast, things just came together.
More screenshots and slayings to come...
Posted by: Eumayus on May 16, 2007 - 10:48 PM
It took a few practice runs to give him some confidence. But our pity only goes so far...
On to Redfang, whom we have already had the pleasure of meeting. He too will soon fall to the mighty Rebellion! We aint afraid of no ghost, err uh, bat!
Loyal Rebellion is recruiting most classes now! If you are a solid raider, know how to follow directions and aren't a tool, submit an app today. We are quickly progressing through Demiplane and also run through ToB and other PoR encounters. We are also doing some TSS progression when we find the time!
Posted by: Zagor on May 03, 2007 - 01:21 AM
After exploring Demi-Plane of Blood some, we came across some sister witches who just wouldn't shut up. After a few tries we put them in their place!
After a a few Curse raid back flags and our victory over the Spider Queen we finally decided to test the threat of the Demi-Plane. We came and found a Garg who didn't want us in his zone... This is the result of his distaste for us...
Gratz to the first Demi-plane looters !!

After a few attempts and a solid run on the weekend we decided to venture back to the Spider Lair.... half way through Sony thought it would be fun to kill the server !
After the small setback and rollback we overcame one hell of a spider!!! GRATZ to LR on Demi-Plane of Blood access!
We have room for 1 Necro and 1 Wizard, so if you think you have what it takes app today, tomorrow may be too late.

Anyone else see Queen shaking in her boots?~
Do you want to see Vish, Ghost, ToB and quite shortly Demiplane and Deathknell?!! Well, send in an application today before our last slots are filled. We are looking for high play time individuals that know how to play their classes well in a raid environment.

Lately we've been busy farming CoA, Vishimtar and also working on our Demiplane progression, with 3/5 curse raids completed. However, we've been doing something even more interesting. Progressing swiftly along the road into Deathknell!
This is our latest achievement :)
The team managed to pull this one off on our first try.

EUMAYUS WANTS YOU!
It's that time again. Time to fill our ranks with quality individuals from the world of Norrath. If you're interested in experiencing new challenges and new content with a great group of dedicated, intelligent, and fun people. Then, we're looking for you! Submit your application in the app section of the forums.
We raid 5 nights a week, with Monday and Friday being our off nights. Main requirement is a friendly and ambitious attitude and tons of experience with your character. Additionally, we do require at least 250-500aa, anguish signets, and preferably some work towards ToB and DSK access. Good gear is also important, however with an ambitious attitude and good playtime, bad gear can be over-looked as gear once in guild is plentiful.
If you do not meet requirements, feel free to submit an application anyway and update us as you progress. This way we can get to know you as well as see how well you progress towards your goals.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOYAL REBELLION!!
Loyal Rebellion celebrates it's first birthday by taking out FOUR new targets, all dead on the first try!! We sure have come a long way in one year.
First attempt at this bad boy. Had a mid raid semi wipe. Recovered and owned the sucker something hard!
GREAT JOB !!!

It took us a couple tries to tune the event to our style, but once we did the Council went down like Mirion on his prom date!~.
Curse 3 down, Draygun and Sendaii to go!
Edit by Eumayus: We are also VERY close to defeating Vishimtar. Expect to see a corpse shot of him within the coming weeks. Latest attempts had him at 18-19%. With our latest dps increase, also expect a corpse shot of Draygun shortly. As a side note of our current state in anguish, we're defeating Jelvan like pie with minimal force (4 clerics, 2 war) and will begin learning the OMM encounter shortly.
This is a very exciting period for Loyal Rebellion as we will be putting an end to Dragons of Norrath and soon entering the Demi-plane of Blood, end-zone of Depths of Darkhollow. You will also see Loyal Rebellion in Theater of Blood as we begin to carve our way into Deathknell.

Sorry for the delay between updates. I've been very busy with work and we moved offices, hence the server downtime.
None the less...LR has continued to successfully rescue Jelvan from the tormenters!

Grats LR on this tough milestone, and welcoming Jelvan to farm status!

With most of our normal targets locked out we wanted to try something new and fun...either that or the guild leader wanted Vish's skull! We've been making lots of progress on this bad boy, currently getting him between 50% and 25%, still perfecting our strategy. All in all Vish is one of the most fun encounters we've had the pleasure of getting pwned by. (other then the warrior that gets tricked into tanking a single mob for 30 minutes)
In other news:
Loyal Rebellion is hiring WARRIORS for very limited time. We have a starting pay of 8.50pp per hour! If you are highly skilled, want to raid up to 4-5 days per week and meet our requirements fill out an app now! Although we are not actively recruiting most other classes if you feel you would be an exceptional fit with us, then definitely apply. All applications are considered. Be warned, at this level of play, you may die...alot. We need self-motivated indivuduals, with good attitudes, who enjoy a challenge.

How it began:
After a rather small amount of deaths and not very much research, LR emerged victorious from our first battles with the north Zun'Murams. Here are a few SS's of our victory...
Eumayus picking up the kite...
Zun'Muram Dell Computers getting blasted...
Then, we decided to take our first shot at Tunat, big bad boss of GoD.
The final result?
In other news...Zagor orders his troops to attack!

We decided to head into Anguish with a little less than 40 people. Our first shot at Ture was a little weak, only getting him around 50%. Now that we have learned his routine, we went in for our second shot and here is the result.
Stay tuned for the results of our first try on this guy.
Check the Latest Loot column on the lower left for the loot links.
Grats to everyone in Loyal Rebellion for their first Anguish raid kill!
Alas Eumayus isn't flagged so Darkear won the aug
Think you've got what it takes to stand up to the army inside Citadel of Anguish? Would you like to test your might against the Demi-Plane of Blood? If you think you've got what it takes, and are willing and able to raid starting at 7:30EST, Loyal Rebellion may be for you. We're a close-knit group looking to add to our family. We value quality of character, behind the screen, above all--EQ Characters are secondary. We require 250+ AA and all Anguish signets complete (you may still app, and complete your signets during that process). We also prefer, but do not require, a good raid attendance record during the app process. While some classes are full, we will honor any respectable application and give fair consideration to all applicants.
If you like to stay on your toes, figure out complex encounters on-the-fly, and work together with others, click over to our forms and visit the Applications forum.

LR decided to take a shot at a nasty werewolf, thankfully we came with a silver bullet to deal with Shyra.
Congratulations to all those who were at the raid!
We are also still pushing hard in Tacvi beating down everything we can.
Congratulations LR on beating Zun`Muram Kvxe Pirik on your second attempt

Geez - I leave for a month and no one updates the web page! Well, I'm back so expect the updates to be flowing in!
LR took a bit of a break throughout the Holiday season to visit with families and all but now its back to EQ! Lately we have been focusing on MPG Raid trials, but tonight, we decided to take 40 adventurers into Tacvi to see what those pesky snakes and Zun'Murams (and their little dogs too!) were up to.
1 shot, 1 kill, many deaths =P
1 shot, 1 kill, 0 deaths
Then we got to the rape snake...it's late at night but decided to head on over to her anyway. This was our 1st attempt on her and she definitly lives up to her reputation.
1 shot, 0 kills, many many rapings
If you look closely, you can see Conaen on his way to see the guild lobby!
Overall, we had a great night - all kills were first kills. Congratulations to everyone present for a fun night, and congrats to tonights looters. If you're interested in the loots, check out the left-hand side of the page. More updates to come shortly as we continue our travels through Tacvi.

Loyal Rebellion has been very very busy in Gates of Discord. Yesterday, we took out the Mastruq Champion and his cheap shot pal, Ixt Hsek Syat. This cleared the way for us to engage the High Priest, another stepping stone on our quest to break into Tacvi.
After an hour of searching, High Priest Nkosi Bakari finally decided to come out of hiding. Nkosi made short work of Farlan, then continued to charm up the rest of the chanter squad. LR then proceeded to whoop Nkosi, as his pals managed to completely healed him five times, giving their life to save this fool. Unfortunatly for Nkosi Bakari, he needed more than five complete heals to keep him from death.
All in all this was one of the smoothest raids I've had the pleasure of joining. Grats Loyal Rebellion!
Now, only Zun`Muram Tkarish Zyk stands between Tacvi, Seat of the Slaver and Loyal Rebellion.

As we mourn the past, and look towards the unknown future, one thing is certain. We will stick together, having fun and overcoming any hurdles that stand before us by working hard, together, and helping others better themselves as individuals, in turn bettering the guild as a whole.
Before us is one of the strongest family/base raid force anyone could hope for, spanning all classes.
We expect to be raiding -very- shortly (Zagor can comment more on this) and all porpective members are invited to post an introduction of themselves on the House of Commons forum. We will get back to each of you very shortly.
Keep your heads up and enjoy playing EQ again. :)
To those currently in Loyal Rebellion, I ask you keep your egos in check, to focus on what is to come and don't let yourself get wrapped up in what you disliked about the past. Let's keep focus and not give in to desire to "get back" at anyone for anything. We're here because of the desire to enjoy each others company and not be split apart. We're here to enjoy the game again. Who knows where we will end up, but if we keep focus on bettering each other and not tearing others down, we can be proud of the journey.
If there were no rewards to reap,

Just a quick note. If you do not have access to the member forum and have registered. Please, load the forums and click on "Usergroups". Then select "Members". There should be an option/link to "Join" the Members group. This will sent me a request to add privledges to your account. The next time I log in, I will approve forum access for you, and you will be able to view the members forum. :)
Also, I encourage you register on the DKP page. You may not however, be able to see member standings, etc, untill our 1st raid at which time it will automatically mark all of you as active.
Untill that time, I can manually grant you permissions on the DKP page if you so request.
I'd also like to get a good color scheme and look/feel to the site. The one we have now is just a temporary placeholder. I am not too artistic, so I will need help from you guys to make this site look good.
Keep on keepin' on!
